Service Description

Guided meditation audio, custom to your needs. Allows time for deep relaxation, visualization, and affirmations. 15-30 min, also customizable. Consultation needed to gather audio preferences.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact and get confirmation at least 4 hours prior to scheduled session time. If notification is not given and confirmed, the deposit made toward that session will be kept and will not be used toward any future sessions. A deposit is required for every session.
